Vacancy: Breakfast Chef

Job Overview: We are looking for a breakfast chef to prepare and serve breakfasts for the hotel guests on a daily basis, the hotel has 22 rooms.


  • To prepare breakfast for hotel guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with restaurant management
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Manage food costs by minimizing waste and optimizing portion control


  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food production and kitchen operations. Your culinary expertise and leadership skills will contribute to the success of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.


  • Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals in accordance with menu specifications
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the highest standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper use of equipment
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations


  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
  • Creativity and passion for creating unique and flavorful dishes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
