XMAS & NEW YEAR RATES

Xmas Eve & Day £60 per person per night (2 nights min)

Xmas Eve, Day & Boxing Day £50 per person per night (3 nights)

Boxing Day ONLY £60 per person

New Years Eve & Day @ £60 per person per night (2 nights min)

CHILD DISCOUNT 

(applicable only when sharing a room with 2 adults)

4yrs and under (bed / cot) £8 per night

5-16 yr old 1/2 adult rate per night

Dogs £7 per night ~ Weekly £45

* All rates are per person per night & inclusive of breakfast

and based on full adult occupancy for 2 nights or more.

Extra charges apply for 1 night only and single occupancy

of double and twin rooms.

Please note that we do not generally accept 1 night

reservations on a weekend or at all during the Summer months

TERMS & CONDITIONS

First nights payment is required to secure ALL bookings as a

non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

The management reserve the right to alter the rates at their discretion

when circumstances dictate.
