Our 60 cover Restaurant is popular with guests, visitors and locals alike.
We are renowned for our large portions of good home-cooked meals which our Chefs prepare daily to a fantastic standard and using only the best local produce available.
Chef and Owner Danny Clinch prides himself on his attention to detail with his speciality dish being Scallops Pan Fried with Bacon and Spring Onions.
Our New Head Chef, Klaudisz has been with us for over 5 years and has progressed within the Hotel to become Head Chef. Klaudisz regularly has his dishes on the specials menu and we are very excited to have been able to offer him this new opportunity.
Booking is essential in the evenings to avoid disappointment with reservations often being taken weeks in advance for a table on a Friday or Saturday.
Sunday lunch is another big deal at the Dolphin and from March until November we hold a very popular carvery in the Function Room every Sunday from 12 - 6pm. The A La Carte menu served in both the Lounge Bar and the Restaurant offers not only one but four choices of roast dinners available every day of the week, all year round.
Should you wish to celebrate a special occasion in our Restaurant we can cover up to 30 people comfortably seated together and have two set menus available to pre-order in advance.
Children are welcome in the Restaurant and we have high chairs and colouring books readily available!
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the Restaurant but are welcome in the Lounge and Long Bar.
